Around Lake Neusiedl the Riesling can be found everywhere but generally to a much lesser extent than other grapes. The wines however reach outstanding qualities in this area. They typically develop a particular rich floral bouquet and always offer an appealingly structured acidity even in warm years.

This wine suits excellently to many fine dishes where it can adds to taste perfection. It is ideal for light meat dishes, poultry, vol-au-vent and also perfect for most asian food.
