We know our vines. Since generations we have lived in harmony with them and through the grapes
that they bear. Beeing entirely a
family
busines we constantly work in the vinyards and with the vines ourselves. That way we gain a
comprehensive knowledge about our growing areas, the condition of our vines and about their grapes
every single year. This intimate knowledge then enables us to yield the best grapes possible.
Individualised and experienced work in all stages of wine creation does pay of. And this is exactly
what can be done best in a family business where everyone is involved wholeheartedly.
Alltogether we grow about 16 Hektars of vinyards that are split more or less evently into white
and red wine grapes. For best grape qualities now and in the future it is immensely important to
tend the vines in the least stressing and most sustainable way. Because of this we were always striving
to work as closely to nature as possible and for a long time already adhered to the guidlines of
Integrated Farming. In 2007 we decided to take the next big step and to become an organic wine farm
entirely. This means much more work for us, but we think it is worth it. Now we are working according
to the EU-regulations for organic farming. We belive that this is the best for our vinyards and their
environment. For you it means that you
