Riesling 2011
The Riesling is often referred to as one of the most noble white wine varieties. Although some other
varieties may also reach its tremendous qualities, top Riesling wines are without any doubt among the
very best white wines of the world. Around Lake Neusiedl the Riesling can be found everywhere but
generally to a much lesser extent than other grapes. The wines however reach outstanding qualities in
this area. They typically develop a particular rich floral bouquet and always offer an appealingly
structured acidity even in warm years.
Tasting notes: Our Riesling 2011 pleases with a flowery scent and an expressive Bouquet. It is
fresh with noticeable acidity and offers a powerful finish. This wine suits excellently to many fine
dishes where it can adds to taste perfection. It is ideal for light meat dishes, poultry, vol-au-vent
and also perfect for most asian food.
Drinking suggestions: Best to drink while fruity and fresh within 2 or 3 years after the harvest.
Serve at 6-8° C (43-47 F).
