It is done, we have finished the harvest for the vintage 2008. All grapes are now brought into our cellar
and we can relieve stress and breathe again for the first time in a couple of weeks. In the cellar the
must is now fermenting and slowly transforming into wine and in only a few weeks time we will bottle our
Junger Riesling, the first wine of the 2008 vintage. But before that we celebrate.
At the end of every years harvest all helpers come together for a traditional feast, the Adrimasch. During
harvest we had only time for a few bites or a scnack in between but at the Adrimasch everyone can enjoy
great food and drinks to the fullest. The work in the wine cellar will continue soon afterwards anyway but
first there is a great party to be thrown - Cheers!
