The holidays are over and we can start into the new year quite refreshed. We hope you also had a chance
to sit down and relax a bit in the last weeks. Following the pre-holiday hectic we can now enjoy the
most quiet time of the year. But there are still things to do of course.
Now is the time for pruning the vines. This work will take some weeks due to the short days we have now but
that is not a problem. The vines won't need much more attention until the spring and thus we have plenty of
time. So not to get bored too much and also to enable you to taste some of our wines in the meantime, we
throw in the odd wine fair here and there. Next week you can already visit us at the Berlin wine fair, from
Janary the 15th to the 17th in the Schöneberg Town Hall, come by and meet us!
