Its the end of August and for the second time in only a few years the first grapes are already ripe
enough for the harvest. The early ones are now picked and this years Junger Riesling is already
fermenting in our wine cellar. Currently we paused the harvest because of unsuitable weather conditions
but we will most likely continue over the weekend. We will of course document the progress of the
harvest here so expect to hear more from us soon.
