At the advent of the new year we would like to present the latest product of our Sonnenmulde Estate
winery. We call it Rosante and it is a Frizzante Rosé produced from the traditional and well known
fruity Blaufränkisch grapes. This sparkling wine ist just right for parties, feasts or simply for
enjoying it at home.
Of course we would never offer the Rosante without trying it ourselves. The bottling just before the
Christmas season gave us an excellent opportunity to do this carefully and thoroughly during the holidays.
First of all, dont panic! There is still enough Rosante left. All Family members and Friends did their best
to reduce our supplies. From that point of view the holidays have been a great success. The Rosante tastes
just excellently and one glass is never enough - luckily it is enjoyably light and one can try a second,
third or... well some more glasses. Cheers!
