The Neuburger is a typical Austrian vine variety and therefore relatively unknown outside of our country. Its origin is most likely a crossbreed of Pinot Blanc and Sylvaner (another old Austrian vine variety). The Neuburger was first found in the Wachau region and can now be seen all across the wine growing parts of Austria.

Strong golden colour.


Taste
 :

This dry fashioned Spätlese (Late Harvest wine) attracts with its nutty Taste, which is typical for Neuburger wines and its fully developed ripeness. Because its dry fashion this wine has a relative high alcohol content which very positively influences the ripening process.


Suits to
 :

This wine is perfectly suited as an aperitif for great meals. Its dryness and the high alcohol content stimulate the appetite and prepare for the upcoming culinary delights.
