The Junger Riesling is a juvenile and fresh wine made out of Welschriesling grapes. This wine is the first to be harvested and pressed by our family every year. Fashioned with a moderate residual sugar content, it soon gathers its drinking ripeness and offers a lower degree of alcohol. Therefore it is an ideal wine for relaxing in the warmer times of a year.

Distinctive fruity flavours reminiscent of peach and maracuja make this fresh wine with its sparkling acidity a joy to drink.

Hors d´oevres, asparagus, fish or simply drunken as it is.
